• Translation - including website translation and software localisation
• Interpreting - including telephone interpreting and simultaneous interpreting
• Language and cultural awareness training

Currently, one in five companies are losing business because they lack language skills, whereas companies that are paying attention to language and cultural issues are generating an average of £290,000 worth of extra exports a year. It is very important that if you want to sell a product or service to somebody, you should be selling it in their language.
