LSIP Get Involved

A key element of Local Skills Improvement Plans is ensuring they are employer led. We want to better understand the skills needs of local businesses based in Hull and East Riding of Yorkshire and how they can be met. Getting your feedback and thoughts on skills needs, gaps and your aspirations is critical in helping to inform the development of the Local Skills Improvement Plan (LSIP) for Hull & East Yorkshire, and understanding key priorities and changes needed to ensure education and training is more closely aligned to employer and local labour market needs.

Over the coming months, we will be conducting an Employer Engagement Survey in partnership with the Hull & East Yorkshire LEP; telephone interviews;  opportunities for 1-2-1 discussions; focus groups; and events. We really do hope you will get involved and help influence the LSIP for our region.
