Hull & East Yorkshire LSIP Quarterly Forum

The Hull and East Yorkshire Local Skills Improvement Plan (HEY LSIP) team are very pleased to announce their next Forum will take place on Monday 28th April 2025 from 11:00am until 2:30pm at the Saltend Chemicals Park, Saltend, Hull HU12 8DS.

We are delighted that INEOS, a key global, national and local employer and active member of the Hull and Humber Chamber of Commerce have kindly offered to host the event.

Our Outline Agenda:

For this Forum we will be focusing on the LSIP cross-cutting themes of Net Zero and Digital:

• INEOS will be showcasing their work and initiatives which support these themes and talk about the skills challenges and opportunities for them, their partners and supply chain organisations.
• National employer Barclays, with their strong local representation, will be presenting on what they are doing to progress digital and life skills in our region.
• We will hear from TEC Partnership on how the LSIF funding has been invested to create “game changing” training opportunities for our local future workforce.
• Our usual update on our LSIP’s progress, along with our collaboration activities with LSIPs nationally.

A buffet lunch will be provided, along with refreshments, during the event.

And as always there will be time to network and make new contacts across the skills landscape in Hull, East Yorkshire and the Humber.
