LSIP Employer Skills Survey
The Hull & Humber Chamber of Commerce and the Hull & East Yorkshire Local Enterprise Partnership (HEY LEP) are undertaking an EMPLOYER SKILLS SURVEY about the skills needs of local businesses based in Hull and East Riding of Yorkshire and how they can be met. This will inform the development of a Local Skills Improvement Plan (LSIP) for the region.
Much is changing for our local businesses. The pandemic and Brexit continue to have an impact, many businesses are facing the challenges and opportunities brought about by “net zero”, and almost every business has to trade in an increasingly digital world. By completing the survey you will ensure that support organisations and learning providers understand your needs and can tailor their support and service to you.
You can complete the survey by clicking the link below (it should take no more than around 20 minutes to complete):
The survey is open for completion during December and January and please do think about taking the time to complete it as soon as you can. This survey is aimed at businesses based in Hull & East Yorkshire, or those that conduct the vast majority of their business in the region or recruit their workforce from the area. You may also be contacted by a researcher from IBP Strategy & Research to complete a telephone interview. If so, please do take the time to talk to them.
If you would be happy to discuss the survey, and the issues raised in it, or if you have any specific questions about it then please feel free to contact Jason Brown at IBP by email or telephone 01698 532021.
Many thanks in advance for taking the time to comment on these important issues for businesses in our area.
