Export Documentation Desks Open
THE Chamber's International Trade Centre is operating as normal and delivering its export documentation service to customers.
As part of our strategy to provide continuity and speed of service for our members and customers in relation to export documents during this ever-changing environment, we would ask wherever possible that applications are submitted via our express online platform. This option will enable the Chamber to electronically stamp and sign your documents, which once approved you can print at your location.
If you are not already using the Chamber’s express online platform, please contact the Chamber for instructions on how to set up an account.
We have had to suspend our counter service, so for documents that cannot be processed through our online service please contact the Chamber’s export documentation desk for further information.
Please note:
- Switzerland, Chile, Mexico and Turkey are now temporarily accepting the electronic stamp and signature, so you can now apply via the "express" method for documents for these countries.
- The current list of countries not accepting electronic stamps and signatures on preference documents are – Israel, Norway, Iceland, Lichtenstein, Lebanon, Egypt and Serbia.
- The current list of countries not accepting electronic stamps and signatures on non-preference documents are: Qatar, Morocco, Bahrain and Tunisia.
- The following Embassies are closed and not offering legalisation service - Bahrain.
