Extended Producer Responsibility for Packaging
The Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (DEFRA) is reminding businesses about obligations to report packaging data under the new Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) for Packaging regulations.
The deadlines for obligated organisations to submit their packaging data have now passed. Organisations should check whether they are obligated under the new scheme and if so, to submit their data with immediate effect.
