Free webinar aims to help companies address Covid anxiety in the workplace
A FREE webinar designed to help employers address anxiety and uncertainty amongst staff in the workplace post Covid-19 lockdown is being held by Scunthorpe-based NLT Training Services.
Described as a ‘pause moment’, the ‘Post-Covid Workplace Re-set’ webinar aims to bring people together to share their experiences, identify key issues, share best practice and help attendees develop a positive, adaptive post-Covid working culture.
To meet demand, the free interactive webinar, which will be delivered via Zoom, will be run at 9.30am and 1.00pm on Friday 4th, Monday 7th and Wednesday 9th September.
Targeted at Business leaders, team leaders, managers and HR staff, the 45-minute webinar has been developed by psychologist Dr Christian Perrin in conjunction with qualified and licensed NLP Master Practitioner, licensed Resilience Trainer and an accredited DISC Practitioner, Paul Shepherd.
Dr Perrin explained: “The webinar addresses an important issue that is currently being overlooked in workplaces - the psychological fall-out of Covid-19. There remains an ever-present atmosphere of anxiety and uncertainty in society which is infiltrating workplaces and threatens to stifle optimism, creativity and innovation. It is important that we talk about it, share experiences and best practice which is why we have developed this free webinar.
“We’re now living in the ‘new normal’ and workplaces must adjust to become agile and psychologically safe. There is a huge lack of support for businesses to deal with this which, we anticipate, will become more widespread over the coming months.”
The interactive webinar is designed to inspire participants to begin planning for important transitions within the business world and equip them with the applications to make valuable adjustments.
