THERE is a great job opportunity to work with the Making Changes for Careers Programme as Youth Enterprise Champion - the closing date for applications is 4th September and Interviews will be on 20th September.
In the first instance we are looking for a young person for the post up to 31st July 2020 (though we are seeking further funding to extend this opportunity to July 2022) in the first instance, for a young person with experience of employability, learning and enterprise activities and a knowledge of issues affecting disadvantaged young people, including care leavers.
The post is an integral part of the Making Changes for Careers Programme (MC4C) www.mc4c.co.uk, supporting young people to gain relevant skills to help them become a more enterprising person and/or young entrepreneur.
The purpose of the role is to help recruit eligible young people (aged 16-29 years), working with the team and Hull’s Youth Enterprise Ambassadors, and to meet the needs of young people by consulting with and representing their views at various meetings relating to the programme, as well as undertaking general clerical duties.
