Planning Application submitted for 1 Paragon Square
REDEFINE Paragon Square Hull Limited, the freeholders of the House of Fraser building in Hull, are pleased to announce the submission of their planning application to comprehensively re-develop 1 Paragon Square into a dynamic mix of retail, restaurant, residential and office space.
Redefine are excited about the journey they are undertaking in rejuvenating the property, which in many ways they have learnt, represents the retail heartbeat of Hull.
A spokesperson for Redefine, said: “We have a fantastic all Hull local advisory and professional team who are driving the project forward with pride and passion. Our full sales and marketing campaign will be up and running within the next few weeks.
“We have already been overwhelmed by the demand for our luxury serviced apartments and more details and information will be released shortly on all other areas of the building, including retail, restaurants and our high-tech serviced offices.”
The submission of the planning application will be followed by regular news and updates for the local community - including the latest information on the unique retail, restaurant, residential and office space on offer and the tenants and operators who will play a part in its transformation.
The development team are working in close conjunction with all the major stakeholders and tenants including Hull City Council, Hull BID, House of Fraser and Cafe Nero. Whilst all long-term retail lease negotiations are still ongoing all are very hopeful that a positive outcome will be achieved.
Irrespective of these negotiations, Redefine is committed to rejuvenating the building into a 24-hour hub of activity.
