A LEADING law firm has been awarded a second series of professional accolades following publication of the latest Chambers UK rankings.
Rollits LLP, which has offices in Hull and York, is recognised in a number of categories in the listings, which were released only weeks after the firm featured prominently in the Legal 500.
Chambers, which is renowned for insight drawn from tens of thousands of interviews with legal specialists and other experts, acknowledged Rollits’ Employment Team in the top band of firms in North and East Yorkshire.
The entry noted the firm’s “full-service employment offering, with experience advising on matters across multiple industry sectors including food services, education and manufacturing.”
It adds that the team “continues to advise family-owned and owner-managed businesses” and is experienced in TUPE, collective redundancy and Equality Act claims. In addition, the listing notes the firm’s work in employment tribunals related to claims of discrimination and unfair dismissal, as well as its help for companies to manage employee grievances and disciplinary actions.
