- Updated Customs Tariff Codes:
To streamline your product classifications across GCC member states, Saudi Arabia has aligned its customs codes with the new GCC Integrated Customs Tariff system. While maintaining the 12-digit structure, these updates will ensure smoother cross-border trade.

- USB-C Standardisation for Electronic Devices:
To simplify charging solutions for consumers, Saudi Arabia is standardising charging ports to USB-C for specific electronic devices. Intertek has streamlined the certification process to make compliance seamless: - Your Current Test Reports: Continue using existing test reports under SASO IEC 62368-1:2020 for electronic devices
