We will be discussing current and emerging trends in online fraud, including the use of AI and the measures you can take to safeguard your business, staff and customers.

Phil Gretton has 12 Years experience in the Anti-Fraud world. 11 Years spent at a large American Credit Card firm. Starting in the merchant recoveries area of fraud, then moving on to become a fully fledge investigator.

He has investigated all types of Credit Card Fraud, Mail Order Telephone Order fraud (MOTO), Application Fraud, Account Take Over, Internet and First Party Fraud.

Now at the Yorkshire and Humber Regional Organised Crime Unit (YHROCU) where his role involves, fraud inputs and training for Businesses, Community Groups, Education and more. Conduct victim visits and safeguarding for the victims of fraud.
