A leading legal powerhouse, Pepperells Solicitors, proudly announces the successful completion of its Annual Business Leadership Program, where 11 talented professionals emerged as adept business leaders. Facilitated by the firm's dedicated business and leadership coaches Matthew Atkin and Des Mannion. This program stands as a testament to Pepperells Solicitors commitment to nurturing and advancing leadership within the legal industry.

The 12-month Business Leadership Program, a cornerstone of Pepperells professional development initiatives, saw 11 participants undergo intensive training, mentorship, and strategic learning. The program, curated to cultivate leadership excellence, covered a spectrum of topics crucial to navigating the dynamic landscape of leadership in the legal industry.

Matthew Atkin, esteemed business coach overseeing the program, expressed immense pride in the participants' accomplishments. "It's been a privilege to witness the growth and dedication of these 11 business leaders over the course of the program. Their commitment to honing their leadership skills is truly commendable, and I'm confident that they will play pivotal roles in shaping the future success of Pepperells."

The graduates, representing diverse backgrounds in both legal and non legal roles demonstrated their newfound skills through collaborative projects, case studies, and real-world applications. Covering topics of strategic thinking, effective communication, business planning and innovative problem-solving, effective team and self management,  which positions them as influential leaders within the business.

The cohort will benefit from continued individualised 1:2:1 coaching going forward, continuing to invest in their skills and talents.

In light of the inaugural success of the Business Leadership Program, Pepperells have made the strategic decision to conduct the program on an annual basis, welcoming new participants each year.
