Accountancy firm trainee celebrates exam success
FORRESTER Boyd Chartered Accountants is delighted to celebrate the exam success of trainee, James Dierking who recently passed his final ACCA exams, becoming a full qualified accountant. James’ accomplishment is testament to his devotion and the hard work he has put in throughout his time with the firm.
James Dierking joined Forrester Boyd’s Grimsby office in June 2015 after completing his A level studies at local institution, Franklin Sixth Form College. During his time at Forrester Boyd, James has been engaged with a variety of sectors including agricultural clients, investment companies and has also worked with trusts and estates. This has provided James with a wide range of experience in several areas which have all been key to his development. Within these sectors, James has focused his work in the completion of accounts, VAT, CIS and tax returns, and has practiced in bookkeeping.
James always prides himself on the quality and standards of his services, he said, ‘I always like to ensure that a high-quality service is provided to clients. I like clients to know that I am approachable and that I am here to assist them in any way, I feel it is important that clients are never afraid to get in touch for advice no matter how big or small their questions or issues are.’
Forrester Boyd Partner, Carrie Jensen said, “I am delighted to see the hard work James has put in throughout his time in our accountancy training programme pay off by qualifying as an Accountant. Our training programme is intense with a lot of study and exams to contend with on top of the usual day-to-day work, however James has faced all challenges head-on and should be extremely proud of his fantastic achievement.’

James has taken a popular route to develop his career in accountancy, studying for his Level 3 and Level 4 AAT qualifications before his recent ACCA exam success, and now he can’t wait to see what is ahead for him in his future. James concluded, ‘I am really looking forward to progressing further within the firm itself and exploring different sectors and specialism options.’
