CB Solutions are delighted to announce that Jenny Harrison has been appointed as Sales and Marketing Director

PRIOR to joining CB Solutions Jenny worked in the construction industry for over 10 years initially working for RIBA Enterprises (Royal Institute of British Architects) working with manufacturers helping them to gain specifications through a range of mediums such as CPD (Continued Professional Development) RIBA Product Selector and NBS (National Building Specification) and BIM (Building Information Modelling.)

After a few years Jenny progressed through the ranks initially being promoted to Regional Sales Manager and latterly to UK Field Sales Manager with revenue responsibilities of more than £10 million and a team of 38 people.

Alongside industry knowledge Jenny has had extensive training in sales, people management, leadership, project, growth, and change management.

Jenny first joined CB Solutions in March 2020 as Business Development Manager, just a few weeks before the national lockdown.  Jenny’s appointment was instrumental to navigating through a period of uncertainty and we were delighted to report a 14% (excess of £1million) increase on sales in the 12-month period.

In December 2020 Jenny took on additional responsibilities to assist the Leadership Team and was appointed an Interim Directorship.  Jenny demonstrated very strong leadership during this period and successfully restructured our Health and Safety and Compliance Committee ‘s to be very proactive departments of the business.

We are an ambitious and driven Leadership Team with over100 years combined industry knowledge.  Jenny adds further knowledge and experience to the leadership team and certainly shares the same enthusiasm and passion to achieve our goals and objectives.  CB Solutions has developed considerably over the last 12-18 months and has further ambitious growth and expansions plans that we hope all our stakeholders will embrace and be part of.
