Conference aiming to raise education standards and aspirations

AN International Leadership Conference is being organised to address the urgent need to develop high quality system leadership across public and private sectors, raising standards and aspirations for disadvantaged students, offering practical and inspirational advice on leadership, tackling underperformance and creating sustainable skills for the economic powerhouse.

The conference is being hosted by Hull area teachers Estelle McDonald OBE, chief executive of HCAT multi academy trust and Ged Fitzpatrick, Executive Headteacher of St Mary's College and CEO of St Cuthbert's Academy Trust. Together they have forged a unique school improvement partnership and share an ambitious achievable vision for the region they serve.

The Conference will be held on November 29, 2016 at St Mary's College Conference Centre, Hull, and costs £195 per delegate.
