Experienced property specialist Helen Everritt takes leading role as new era begins at residential lettings management business
EXPERIENCED lettings property specialist Helen Everritt is to lead our residential management business into a new era following a recent rebrand and relaunch.
Gro Residential Management was this week launched as the new identity of Garness Jones Residential, a business which provides dedicated management services to professional residential landlords, trusts and similar ownership entities across Hull and East Yorkshire.
As part of the rebrand under the newly formed Garness Group of businesses, Gro Residential Management has launched a new dedicated website which better reflects its landlord focussed approach, and invested in new IT systems to provide an improved service to all clients.
Now, Mrs Everritt, who has more than 12 years’ experience in the residential lettings property management sector and previously worked at Lovelle Estate Agency in Grimsby and Cleethorpes, says she is excited for the future.
“I’m thrilled to have been given the opportunity to have a greater influence on the future development of Gro Residential Management, and to be taking on this role at such a pivotal moment given the recent investment into the business and the extra resources which have been put in place to ensure we can continue to enhance our services,” she said.
“The business has an established a reputation for offering great value to residential lettings property owners, from providing strategic support on portfolio management to boasting excellent occupancy rates in terms of tenant lettings.
“I truly believe what stands us apart is our commitment to developing strong relationships and becoming trusted partners for those who have residential properties to let, from being on hand for their tenants 24 hours a day to being completely transparent with regards to our costs.
“We know the importance of providing a service that bring real benefits to landlords, whether they have five or 500 properties, and is also appreciated by their tenants
“For that reason we have made a significant investment into improving the IT systems we use, which has coincided with this rebrand and relaunch, and these changes, as ever, have been designed and introduced to ensure we provide a better service to all that we serve.”
Group managing director to play supporting role
Mrs Everritt will be supported, particularly in the first few months in her role, by Dave Garness, managing director of parent company Garness Group, which also oversees the work of long-standing commercial property specialists Garness Jones, and Pure Block Management, a business dedicated to providing management services to leasehold owners and developers of residential developments across Yorkshire and Lincolnshire.
“Since joining us Helen has demonstrated not only a great understanding of the local residential lettings market, but also importantly the way we go about our businesses at Garness, and how to best support both landlords and tenants.
“She has lots of ambition personally and for the business also, and given her background in business development it is the perfect time for her to take on this role.
“I am confident she will ensure we not only continue offer a great service to landlords and tenants, but enhance what we do.
“I will be working closely with Helen in my role as Group Managing Director to assist her and the team in delivering the highest possible service levels. We have a great, well-established team who I know can lead us to further growth and success.”
