Quickline acquires 51% stake in Boundless Networks to rapidly accelerate provision of gigabit-capable broadband in rural northern communities
London, UK (19th July 2021) – Leading provider of ultrafast broadband to rural and hard-to-reach areas, Quickline Communications Limited (“Quickline”) has announced it has signed an agreement to acquire a majority share in Boundless Networks Ltd (“Boundless”). David Hood, chairman of Boundless, will retain a minority stake and remain on the Boundless board.
