Apprenticeship week 2019
ONGO Recruitment is supporting National Apprenticeship Week which runs from 4 to 8 March 2019.
National Apprenticeship Week aims to celebrate apprenticeships and the positive impact they have on businesses. The week is organised by the National Careers Service; a company which coordinates the delivery of apprenticeships in England.
In total, Ongo Recruitment has supported 150 apprentices into various roles in organisations across North Lincolnshire, including digital marketing, electrical installation and car mechanics.
In the last 12 months, Ongo Recruitment has supported 13 apprentices into organisations across North Lincolnshire. We have some great outcomes which have seen the apprenticeses successfully gaining full time work with their apprenticeship provider or progressing to the next level of training.
Richard Green, Recruitment Manager at Ongo Recruitment, said: “Not only is an apprenticeship a great way for individuals to start their career, but they can also benefit businesses too.
“Taking someone on at the start of their career can be a great way to recruit someone interested in your line of business, and help to shape them into a brilliant employee that may even help to fill any skills gaps you have.
“If you decide to take an apprentice through Ongo Recruitment, we will do all the hard work for you. We can advertise and fill the vacancy, carry out all payroll and HR duties, organise all the training your apprentice needs along with supporting you on any grant funding your business may be eligible for.”
