Chamber Chief Executive's statement to members on Coronavirus
CORONAVIRUS is now having a major and increasing impact on all our businesses, our employees and our daily lives.
At the Chamber our approach is to keep calm and carry on as best we can whilst responding to changing Government advice and direction as it emerges. The Government’s advice on coronavirus is available on https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/guidance-to-employers-and-businesses-about-covid-19
We will be seeking to keep the Chamber’s offices open and available to provide guidance, help and advice to all members in whatever way we can. In some instances you may however need to leave messages for specific staff who may need to work from home.
These are potentially very challenging times ahead and so you should know we will do all we can to help, advise, guide and feedback to relevant organisations on your behalf.
All our best wishes to you as members at this difficult time.
Dr Ian Kelly,
Chamber Chief Executive
