Artificial intelligence (AI) is fated to be the next big step in the world and can even make great cups of Yorkshire tea! Many people claim AI can increase productivity, reduce costs and improve our communications by making really good stuff up...

However, there have also been doubts and concerns about its quality and security. CSP Director, Kevin Else, is going to take you on a lighthearted journey through the times AI gets it (spectacularly) wrong - like the time an Amazon Alexa decided to have a house party all by itself, resulting in some angry neighbours phoning the police and the Alexa getting unceremoniously unplugged. 🎵 AI just wants to have fun 🎵

Looking at the opposite side, he'll also be addressing the potential security risks in generative AI and how to reduce them.
